Sure, the main draw of Prime Day is the savings you can get on big-ticket items like headphones or robot vacuums, but one of the most underrated Prime Day deals is Amazon’s selection of gift cards. You’re already planning on ordering from Doordash or seeing a movie at Regal; might as well save some money now for future purchases.
Gift card deals at Amazon work one of two ways: There’s a direct savings promotion on the gift card, or you buy the gift card at full price and receive an Amazon promotional credit after you purchase. Just apply the deal code at checkout and make sure you’re meeting the spend requirements — some promos require you to buy gift cards of a certain amount to qualify for the deal.
There is a limit of one gift card per brand per customer for these deals. Once you purchase, you should receive your promo credit in one to three days and it will automatically apply to future eligible purchases.
