China gives USD 500,000 to support WTO-led training programmes for developing economies

The government of China is contributing USD 500,000 (CHF 425,000) in 2025 to finance WTO-led training activities for government officials from developing economies and least-developed countries (LDCs). China confirmed its contribution at a signing ceremony held on 11 April at the WTO and attended by the Director-General of Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) Han Yong, and the WTO Chief of Staff Bright Okogu.
